Using a unique and comprehensive set of psychosystemic principles, Dennis supports organizations, businesses and community groups to optimize leadership and culture. His ecopsychological trainings, workshops and consultations provide an empowering and innovative framework-rooted in the intersection of and psychology, systems and nature- to assess and heal problems, while also designing and implementing healthy and enduring solutions.

Dennis knows the power psychology holds for two crucially important processes relevant to all organizations and leaders. One, identifying, understanding and healing problematic psychological dynamics; this includes interpersonally, culturally and within leadership teams. Secondly, effectively creating environments under which people and organizations, thrive. Despite good intentions, leaders and organizations often do not apply psychology skillfully for purposes of solving problems and achieving their goals.

Dennis is passionate about helping to change this and brings extensive experience supporting leaders and organizations to apply psychology for better engagement. Examples of this include customized trainings and consultations for small, Maine non-profits like the Abbe Museum or Maine Climate Table, to presentations for large businesses like Allagash Brewing, or keynote speeches at conferences like the statewide Texas Health & Nature Symposium.

Dennis is committed to empowering organizations and leaders with a tool kit of psychological strategies, skills and concepts that can be applied regardless of mission or size, needs or struggles. These psychosystemic principles are used for assessment and problem solving, design and implementation. They are adaptable to any type of organization, and nurture healthy, regenerative and resilient cultural and leadership environments.
