Integrative Wellness is Dennis’ unique style of holistic counseling and life coaching, used to support clients on paths of healing, health and wellness.  Work with clients actively uses mindfulness to cultivate awareness about who you are, what has led you to this point and what you need moving forward. Throughout this inquiry we will explore the mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and relational aspects of your life. These five areas of your life are not separate; your mind, body and emotions are continually in relationship with each other, and with the world around you. To thrive and flourish as your highest self, it is essential to nurture the health of all aspects of your being.  During Integrative Wellness sessions, we cultivate what is weaker, nurture what is already strong, and heal what is out of balance. Through this process we connect with and awaken the fullest expression of yourself.

This is a highly relational way of working; we work together to examine the myriad of relationships you have with yourself and others. Together we focus on what needs to be grown and developed, and what needs to be diminished or healed. Our exploration looks at the environment around you as well as digging into the roots of your struggles, blind spots and shadows to see what needs attention. This results in a new found understanding of how emotions, defenses, thought patterns, behaviors and beliefs can either support or hinder your growth . In addition to the healing process, by further developing your personal understanding and awareness, you also become empowered and clear about the next steps in your journey.

To accommodate clients in various locations and with various financial capacities, Dennis works on a sliding scale and also meets with clients via Skype.
